Characters and Diacritics Used in Different Languages

This page shows characters that are required to represent texts written in different languages using different writing systems. It mostly concentrates on the characters that are not a part of the standard 7-bit ASCII character set. Information is presented in the form of languages-to-characters cross-reference tables. A table contains languages using the same script arranged alphabetically by their ISO 639 code. This page is using the Unicode (UTF-8) Character Set, the only way for now to see as text within a single web page all (well, almost all) of the variety of characters used by the languages of the world.

The page obviously is incomplete and is currently being constructed.
